On your trip you can expect to hunt over large spreads of the finest decoys available, full body decoys in the field in the mornings, offering numerous opportunities to shoot snow geese, Canada geese and Speckle Belly geese.

Throughout the morning you will be bombarded by flocks of Mallards, Pintails, and other varieties of puddle ducks. During the afternoons

you have the option of incorporating an upland bird hunting combination hunt or duck hunt. Dave really encourages the combination waterfowl / upland hunt. This is an ALL DAY HUNT where the mornings are spent hunting ducks and geese in the fields and the afternoons are spent hunting for sharp tail grouse, ruffed grouse and Hungarian partridge over professionally trained dogs across the Saskatchewan prairies. Be assured that you will not hunt the same prairie twice. Dave is based out of N.W. Saskatchewan (two hours from Saskatoon). He will customize any hunt that you desire and will cater to groups of up to 6 hunters at a time. Limits on waterfowl include 8 dark geese, 20 light geese and 8 ducks per day. Your accommodations are also First Class. You will be staying on a remote lake lodge where you are the only hunters in camp. This is a very personalized hunt and Dave will make sure that this is a satisfying hunt for everyone in the group. Your meals are also exceptional.
